Exploring Awareness

Exploring Awareness is a two-session introduction to Pathways to Mindfulness (our signature program). It helps participants understand the core concepts behind the work and offers a direct experience of what one-on-one facilitation is like. Here at The Centre, we offer these first two sessions for free. 

Session 1 - Understanding Consciousness

Understand the role consciousness, awareness, and habitual functioning play in shaping your life. Learn how much of your behaviour runs automatically and how awareness and mindful living restore conscious engagement.

Session 2 - Awareness Assessment

In the session above we explored how your state of consciousness will determine the way you experience the world around you. In this second session, you will be guided as you explore your own state of consciousness through 60 self-assessment statements—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Together with your chosen facilitator, you will identify the struggles you’re currently experiencing and see how they directly relate to your level of awareness. This foundation sets the stage for the profound and sustainable personal transformation that becomes possible through the Pathways to Mindfulness program.
